The Model 25P Personal Radiation Monitor is a small, rugged device designed to warn emergency response personnel of any dangerous radiation fields that they may encounter.

This easy-to-use instrument incorporates a proportional detector capable of measuring radiation fields from 2 mR/hr to 10.0 kR/hr. Units have been exposed up to 50 kR/hr with no saturation or fall-back. The proportional tube’s sensitivity also allows for a fast two-second response time.

The Model 25P backlit LCD readout displays dose rate, accumulated dose, and time remaining to the dose limit. Visual and audible alarms can be set over the entire measurement range. No special equipment is required to either calibrate or set up operational parameters.
